No. Blu Sky Factory is an education company, not a financial adviser. We teach how markets, investing and trading work — the strategies, the risk management and the mindset that experienced investors and traders use — so you can make your own informed decisions. We never tell you what to buy, sell or trade, and nothing on this site is personal financial advice.

Blu Sky Factory is NOT a licensed financial planning, accounting or legal firm. We are simply an education company. Please see a licensed financial planner for any investment advice you need. With that said, there's no set amount, and understanding why is one of the first things worth learning. How much capital a trader commits is a personal decision that depends on their goals, their risk tolerance and their financial situation. A big part of what we teach is how risk management is approached in the context of professional traders — how they think about position sizing, protect their capital, and follow the principle of never risking money they can't afford to lose. Many people begin by learning and practising these concepts, including with paper (simulated) trading, well before any real money is involved.

Our courses sit inside three academies. The Wealth Academy covers wealth foundations, investing essentials, stock options trading education, crypto and precious metals. The Business Academy covers building and growing a business that creates real income and freedom. The AI Academy covers using AI to work smarter and stay ahead. You can browse each from the Learning Paths menu.

It depends on the course. Some are self-paced video courses you work through in your own time; others — like Prepare to Prosper, the Advanced Options Trading Course and Alumni Plus — run on a live workshop schedule so you learn in a group and can ask questions in real time. Each course page tells you exactly how it's delivered.

Most students set aside a few hours a week. Live courses have a scheduled weekly session plus time to practise what you've learned. The pace is designed to fit around a normal job and family life — you're building a skill for the long term, not cramming.

Yes. Our Start Here page has free resources, and the Trader's Starting Kit gives you four short, no-fluff video lessons for a small one-off price — the easiest way to see how we teach before enrolling in a full course.

Live courses run on a rolling schedule. Prepare to Prosper runs on Tuesday evenings (AWST), and the Advanced Options Trading Course opens a new intake each quarter. The next start date is shown right on each course page, so you always know when the next group begins.

Our premium programs are small-group and outcome-focused, so we like to make sure they're the right fit for you before you start. The application is a short step after checkout that helps us understand your goals — it's about getting you into the right program, not a hurdle.

You're refunded in full. We reserve the right to decline an application if a program isn't the right fit, and if we do, your payment or deposit is returned to you — no cost, no catch.

Payments are handled securely through our checkout provider, Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Prices are shown on each course page in Australian dollars.

Yes, on our higher-end programs. Where a payment plan is available it's noted on the course page — for these programs you can arrange to spread the cost rather than pay it all upfront. Just reach out through our Contact page and we'll set it up.

If we decline your application to a program, you're refunded in full. Beyond that, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work it out with you.

Alumni Plus is our ongoing membership for graduates who want to keep learning alongside a community. Members join a live workshop each week and build a growing library of recorded sessions they can revisit any time.

Live workshops run on Monday evenings (AWST), pausing only for national public holidays and the end-of-year break. Every session is recorded, so you never miss out if you can't attend live.

No. Any workshop you've earned access to stays yours permanently. If you leave and come back later, everything you already had is still there — your library freezes while you're away, it never disappears.
